Returns and Refund Policy
For Journals and other Crafty Bits
You have the right to cancel your order for a limited time, even if the item is not faulty.
To receive a no-questions-asked refund, please email us at bookbinding@fanoggins.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Once you have told us you would like a refund, you have another 14 days to return the item(s). We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back. Your refund will include the full price of the item, alongside the cost of standard delivery. Even if you paid for a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery, as required by UK Government Law. If the item(s) we receive back have been used or damaged by you, we will deduct fees from your refund.
The above does not apply to customised/personalised books, journals, or rebound books. We will only offer a refund for custom-made or personalised items if they arrive faulty.
We only accept returns (and therefore refunds) from the person who bought the item.
For Cookies, Cakes, and other Bakes
Due to the perishable nature of cookies, cakes, brownies, and other food stuffs made and sold by Fanoggins, returns are not accepted to comply with health and safety standards, unless the product is genuinely faulty.
"Genuinely faulty" means your baked goods are the wrong flavour, stale, or damaged. If you receive a genuinely faulty baked item, please contact Fanoggins immediately (within 24 hours upon receiving your delivery) with photos for inspection. For complaints regarding taste, texture, or hygiene, we require the product to be returned for inspection to be eligible for a refund. We will pay for the return.
Personalised orders are non-refundable once production has begun, or if cancellation is made within two weeks (14 calendar days) before the date of your event.
If you have arranged to collect your catering package or any baked goods, please note that orders not collected within 48 hours of the agreed upon collection time will be disposed of and no refund will be provided. This is to comply with health and safety standards.
For Catering
